At Gaint Logistic Private Limited, we are committed to providing reliable and timely logistics services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services availed through our platform.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
• Service not provided due to operational failure by Gaint Logistic or its courier partners
• Duplicate payment made due to a technical or system error
• Order cancellation before shipment pickup (if service is prepaid)
• Delay or loss caused solely due to our error, and not due to force majeure or customer-related reasons

2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
• Shipment delay caused by incorrect/incomplete address, customer unavailability, customs clearance delay, or force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, strike)
• Cancellation after the pickup has been completed
• Charges for packaging, insurance, fuel surcharge, or special services already rendered
• International shipments once dispatched or handed over to customs/airlines
• COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the customer must:
• Email the request to care@gaintlogistic.com within 7 days of the incident/delivery failure
• Provide the Order ID / AWB Number, payment reference, and a detailed explanation
Refunds are processed after verifying the claim with our operations and partner network.

4. Refund Timeline
• Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.)
• Refund confirmation will be sent via email or SMS

5. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method used during booking. We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
