  1. Cancellation Eligibility

You may cancel a service or shipment under the following conditions:

  • Before Pickup: Cancellation is allowed if the shipment is canceled before pickup has been scheduled or executed.
  • Same-Day Pickup: For same-day pickups, cancellation requests must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  • Prepaid Orders: Cancellations are allowed, and refunds will be processed as per the refund policy.
  • COD Orders: Cancellation is allowed before pickup, but no refund is applicable unless additional services were prepaid.
  1. Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The shipment has already been picked up or is in transit
  • The airway bill (AWB) has been generated and dispatched to the carrier
  • Cancellation request is made after the pickup window has passed
  • The order is part of a bulk shipment or corporate contract that restricts individual cancellation

To cancel a shipment or service:

  • Send a cancellation request to care@gaintlogistic.com
  • Mention the Order ID / Tracking Number, pickup address, and contact details
  • Our team will verify the cancellation eligibility and confirm via email/SMS
  1. Charges and Deductions
  • If packaging, labor, or special services were already provided before cancellation, partial charges may be deducted
  • For prepaid cancellations, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your cancellation request is successfully processed. Please retain this for future reference.
