Account details you give us: business name, contact name, email, mobile, addresses and KYC documents where shipping regulations require them.

Shipment details: consignee name, address and phone number, the contents you declare, weight and dimensions. We need these to hand a parcel to a carrier.

Usage data: pages visited and actions taken in the platform, which we use to find faults and to improve it.

To book, move, track and bill your shipments, and to settle COD collections.

To meet legal and tax obligations, including e-way bills and GST records.

To support you — a person answering your ticket can see the shipment it is about.

Courier partners, but only the data required to carry that specific shipment.

Payment and communication providers acting on our instructions.

Authorities, where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Shipment and billing records are kept as long as tax and commercial law requires. Account data is kept while your account is open, and for a period after closure for audit.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account. Write to care@gaintlogistic.com and we will respond.
