Refund Policy
When shipping charges are refunded, and how long it takes.
Last updated 10 October 2026
When a refund is due
A shipment booked and paid for but never picked up by the carrier.
A duplicate booking for the same consignment, where only one moved.
An amount billed in error — a wrong weight slab or a charge for a service not provided.
When one is not
A shipment that was carried and delivered, including one delivered late. Delays are handled as a service claim, not a refund of the freight.
A return to origin (RTO) where the carrier made the attempts. The forward and return legs were both performed.
Charges arising from a wrong or incomplete address supplied at booking.
How it is paid
Approved refunds are credited to your Gaint Logistic wallet within 7 working days of approval, and can be withdrawn to your registered bank account on request.
How to raise one
Raise a ticket from the merchant portal with the AWB or LR number, or email care@gaintlogistic.com. Claims should be raised within 30 days of the booking date.
